Error Code No.	software interface	fix
0007 0008	Cassette 1 error Please remove and reinstall the cassette. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.	Reinstall or replace the filament cartridge.
0011 0014	heating error. Please turn off the printer and contact customer service.	Check that the connections are correct and start the device new if necessary.
0016	Cassette 1 not installed correctly. Please reinstall cassette 1 ("Unload Filament", then "Load Filament") in the printer. If the problems cannot be resolved, please contact customer service.	Reinstall the filament cassette.
0028	Cassette 1 cannot be found. Please install.	Reload or replace filament.
0029	There is no more filament in cassette 1. Please replace cassette 1 before printing.	Replace filament immediately.
0030	Printer Motor Error (X-Axis) If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.	Check motor/sensor connections. Check sensor position.
0031	Printer Motor Error (Y-Axis) If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.	Check motor/sensor connections. Check sensor position.
0032	Printer Motor Error (Z-Axis) If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.	Check motor/sensor connections. Check sensor position.
0051	Flash RAM cannot be read/written.	Restart printer.
0052	Unable to read/write memory in extruder.	Replace the nozzle.
0054	Incompatible nozzle	Turn off the printer and reinstall the compatible nozzle; switch then turn your printer back on. If this error persists, please contact customer service.
0201	Problems connecting the computer and printer.	Reconnect the computer to the printer. Alternatively you can use the USB cable hot-plug function to connect computer to printer to use.
020D	File can be printed by: da Vinci XXX	This indicates that this file type is not supported. Please dial in instead suitable printer model.
