If you have problems with the detection of the filament spool, first check whether you have a new spool with an NFC tag or an older spool with an NFC chip.
If you have an old spool, please contact our customer service.
If you have a new spool, use the XYZ MakerSuite to verify if your device is up to date.
Only the latest version allows the printer to detect and process the new filament spools.
Please make sure that at the time of updates, no firewall is activated that could potentially disrupt the update or prevent it from being displayed. In some cases, it has been found that the router's firewall blocks the connection to the update server. In this case, you should try updating through the mobile hotspot of a smartphone, as this often helps in most cases.
