If your device is not being recognized, it can have several causes.
Verify if the device can be turned on.
Please check all connections of the printer (USB cable, power cable).
If the device is still not being recognized, check in the software whether your device is in R1, R2, or R3, then start the corresponding version in the Makersuite.
If you still can't establish a connection after that, please contact our customer support.
